By downloading, installing, or using SOS 111 App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SOS 111 App ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SOS 111 App. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

SOS 111 App is a personal safety alert application that allows users to send tiered emergency notifications to a designated network of trusted contacts. The App provides:

• Level 1 — Subtle Alert: A silent, discreet notification with GPS coordinates sent to trusted contacts.
• Level 2 — Urgent Alert: A heightened alert indicating an escalating situation requiring attention.
• SOS — Emergency Alert: A high-priority emergency notification with real-time GPS tracking.
• Safety Timer: An automated check-in system that dispatches alerts if not confirmed within a set period.
• Trusted Contact Network: A customizable list of contacts who receive your alerts.

We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss that occurs as a result of reliance on SOS 111 App as a primary emergency response tool.

To use SOS 111 App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your emergency contacts have consented to receive alerts from you.
• Keeping your contact information and emergency contact list accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You agree not to use SOS 111 App to:

• Send false, misleading, or fraudulent alerts to your contacts or emergency services.
• Harass, stalk, monitor, or track any individual without their explicit consent.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its security features.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the App.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

SOS 111 App requires access to your device's location services to function. By using the App, you consent to:

• Collection and transmission of your GPS coordinates when an alert is active.
• Background location access when the Safety Timer is enabled.
• Sharing your real-time location with your designated emergency contacts during active alerts.

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, but doing so will disable core safety features of the App. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how location data is handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOS 111 App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any failure or delay in delivering alerts due to network outages, device issues, or third-party service failures.
• Any harm resulting from reliance on SOS 111 App as a primary emergency response tool.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

SOS 111 App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of alert delivery.

Alert delivery depends on factors outside our control, including cellular network availability, device battery life, and recipient device settings. We cannot guarantee that alerts will be received in all circumstances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the App.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit in connection with your use of the App.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered users via email of significant changes.
• Where required by law, seek your consent before applying changes.

Your continued use of SOS 111 App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
